The Gandirs Group was founded by Erdenechulun (Erka) Tsevegrash, a successful Mongolian businesswoman and lawyer, shortly after she received her Master's Degree in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University in 2004. Having traveled and lived abroad for many years, Erka felt a deep responsibility to help Mongolia enjoy an urban lifestyle in line with what she experienced in more developed cities.

Toward that end, she put together The Gandirs Group: A consortium of design, building, management, sales and leasing professionals dedicated to elevating the Mongolian people s quality of life, as well as for those from abroad who live and do business here. Gandirs strives to bring international standards and style, as well as the most advanced technology, to new residential, commercial, office, and hotel space. The result is buildings that are as much a pleasure to look at as they are to live, work, or shop in.

In this new time of freedom and economic boom, the Gandirs Group is literally building Mongolia's future. To us, this means not just taking the lead in crafting innovative architecture. It also means a responsibility to give back, and actively participate in Mongolia's social welfare and the revival of its vibrant traditional culture. Future Projects:
Thanks to the successful management of the Gandirs Group, we are soon opening our new hotel and service premise named "Shambhala" in Sainshand town in Dornogobi province. The 6 storeyed premise will not only be playing an important role for the development of regional travel market, but will be contributing to local employment market and establishing a good relationship with many local communities and private people that will be benefitial for them.
