Gandirs Tower Hotel is located right along the city's main avenue - Enkhtaivan, in the Baruun Selbe Street right beside the State Department Store or Nomin Supermarket which is one of the city's main commercial area.

To the north, within olny a 10-minute walk, there is Tengis Cinema where you can watch western and local hit movies. Before reaching the cinema, you'll find Zanbazar Fine Art Museum just turning to the right.
